Drawing up contracts

Our partner law office is ready to provide you with any legal services regarding the preparation of purchase contracts or lease agreements, including the drawing up of the contract as well as the integration of the other party’s approved requirements. Continuous communication with the client is a matter of course. Every contract is drawn up according to the materials supplied by you and according to your requirements, so that it is tailored to the specific case. Because our partner law office does not deal only with real estate law, it is ready to prepare contracts in other areas of law as well.

Escrow

In order to ensure security during the conclusion of a purchase contract, you can use the escrow service provided by Dvořák – Křiváček law office, which means that the purchase price is paid from the escrow only after the terms and conditions of the escrow contract have been met. In cooperation with the professional brokers of Philip & Frank we can guarantee the seller that the signed purchase contract will be submitted to the land registry only after the purchase price has been put in escrow and we can guarantee the purchaser that the funds in escrow will only be paid to the seller when the purchaser has become the owner of the transferred property.
